Our sales staff will help you select the Longevity features you need and the pre-designed template you’d like to have customized for your new site.  If you request a completely unique design, our award winning design staff will work with your marketing team to plan and deliver a site meeting your special requirements.  Once the features and interface (either pre-designed or unique) have been selected our production team will work with your staff to identify all of the copy and images for your new site.  The content for the new site may be repurposed from your existing site and marketing materials, or may be completely original depending on your needs.  When the copy has been identified our team builds your site from the existing Longevity™ tools and publishes all of the content.  Before launching your new site we train your staff to utilize Longevity’s unique tools and our quality assurance team makes sure your site is ready for the World Wide Web.  The end result is a brand new, fully featured website launched in as little as fourteen days. 

Can I customize my Longevity™ solution?

Absolutely.  Longevity™ is designed to allow customization on several levels.  First of all the interface may be a customized version of one or our pre-designed templates, or may be a completely unique designed developed specifically for your organization.  Another tier of customization is that you may pick and choose the features you want from our available offerings.  This provides your organization with the website it wants and needs, not what is simply offered it.  The final and definitive level of customization is that each page of a Longevity™ site features pictures and copy that are unique to your organization.  At any level of customization, Longevity™ is designed to uniquely present your home and your organization to the World Wide Web.

What happens to our existing website?

Longevity™ replaces your current website with one that utilizes all of the features you need to maximize your online presence.  Our sales team works with you to identify the features and services that will best help your organization reach its goals.  You can then choose from one of our pre-designed templates that we then customize to your requirements or you may choose to have us design a completely unique interface specifically for your organization.  Once you have chosen one of our templates our production team works with your marketing staff to quickly and efficiently launch your site with new content and pictures or to repurpose the copy and images you are currently using.  With Longevity™ you can have a new and beautiful website up and running in as little as two weeks.

My current site is just over a year old and it is already starting to look out of date.  How can Longevity™ save me the time and money of having to rebuild my site every few years?

Longevity™ extends the life of your website in two very important ways.  First of all, Longevity’s simple content publishing tools enable you to quickly and easily update, and add, all kinds of content to you site as often as you like.  Secondly, and unique to Longevity™, is that every two-years we offer to update, free of charge, your entire site to one our new site interface templates of your choice; in effect giving you an entirely new looking site, with each 24-month contract renewal.  

What happens when I want to change pictures or content?

Simple.  All you need to do to change any content on your site is to log into Longevity’s secure content management tools.  These user friendly tools make it simple for your team to change copy, add pictures, promote new services… anything you want.  We provide all of the training your team needs to use the tools as well as providing support to deal with any special questions or issues that may arise.  If requested our team can also provide any content management services you require.

Do I need to buy computer hardware or Internet hosting?

Absolutely not.  Longevity™ is all you need.  We provide the hardware and the internet hosting required.  More importantly, in addition to our other services, we provide the expert monitoring and network administration needed to make sure your site is secure and accessible 24 hours a day, seven days a week.   Say goodbye to juggling vendors.  The buck stops with us.  

How do I install premium features onto my Longevity Site?

Whenever you are ready to add a new feature to your site, simply call us and we will take care of everything needed to seamlessly integrate the new feature into your existing Longevity™ site.  Within days the new feature will be ready to launch on your site and we will provide your staff with any training that may be necessary to take full advantage of the new capability.

What kind of reporting do you provide?

As part of our monthly service package we provide usage and search engine placement reports.  These reports enable you to see how much traffic your site is getting, where the traffic is coming from and how well your site is ranked in the major search engines.  Additionally we provide detailed monthly service reports to let you know everything that is being done to make sure your site runs optimally.
